3 pounds Whole Chicken Wings, wing tips removed, cut at joint
2 tablespoons Worcesterchire Sauce
1 (18 ounces) bottle Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Fresh Honey
2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke Seasoning
6 cloves Garlic, crushed
2-inch piece Fresh Ginger, grated
8 Habanero Chili Peppers, chopped
4 Serrano Chili Peppers, chopped
3 tablespoons Fresh Horseradish |

1. Add Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, honey, liquid smoke, garlic, ginger, habanero peppers, serrano chili peppers, and horseradish to a medium non-stick saucepan.
2. Simmer over low heat for one hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Place wings in large ceramic or glass mixing bowl. Cover wings with ¾ of the hot sauce.
4. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
5. Preheat gas or charcoal grill to low heat.
6. Remove chicken and place on lightly oiled grill grate.
7. Cook over low 45-60 minutes, turning once. |
