2 1/2 pounds Whole Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Feesh Lemon Juice |

1. Split wings at joint and remove wing tips.
2. Preheat peanut oil in deep fryer to 400 F. In batches, deep fry wings 10-12 minutes until crispy.
3. In small sauce pan over low heat, blend butter or margarine, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
4. Pour sauce over wings, coat well.
5. Refrigerate wings overnight.
6. Bake in 350 F until heated through. |
