Seemed inevitable that this place would close along with so many other restaurants and businesses in Bolton. It's a shame but a true fact. I frequented this restaurant quite often, in the 2 years I was going never was there more than 4-5 tables at a time that I had ever seen. I would go regularly on Friday nights. Staff always seemed uninterested in what they were doing, didn't believe in the food or the customers. Well so long Bolton a Wild Wings.

I went to Bolton Wild Wing the other night with my boyfriend. The waitress was fast and effcient and very chipper. The atmosphere was like any Wild wing that you would expect except with a more welcoming feeling. The food came fast and hot, was delicious, then the manager/owner came and personally introduced herself saying that she was a brand new owner and there will be lots of new exciting things happening here. And offered is a complimentary dessert!!! We were very impressed definitely visiting this wild wing again! Highly recommended

Hope this place reopens soon. The food is great! My wife and I love the wings and the friendly staff. I'm shocked to read many bad reviews. The food does take a little long sometimes to arrive, but our order is never wrong. She likes the flats and I like all drums. It's hot and full of flavour. I come here for a different flavour every time and still have a hard time deciding my favourite. The only complaint I have is the cowboy painting on the wall, I hope the artist didn't charge much. The hand is huge and the horse has a squished head. Please reopen!!

I have been to many Wild Wing locations, and sadly this was one of the better ones. The "Authentic" wild wing experience seems to consist of wings served half cold, processed, over priced and tasteless food, topped off with mediocre service no matter what location you choose. The service on our last visit wasn't horrible, however it fell very short of expectations. Like any self respecting Wild Wing, you will have to wait 20mins before a menu is brought to you, and you will have to wait another 20min to order a drink, and another 20min before you get your drinks. The food at Wild Wing is garbage (and I'm being polite here). It's pretty hard to screw up chicken wings, yet Wild Wing screws them up every time. I waited 20+ minutes to receive my order of "Red hot and blue" wings. Once they came out, they were cold, over battered, and an unacceptable number of them were broken . As always, wings were missing from my order. A 2lb order is typically 18 wings; I received 15. The waitress never showed up until the meal was finished and never asked if they food was ok. I guess they get too many complaints when they ask. The cost for such a fine dining experience; over $20. Looking at the quality of the food, this is way over priced. The atmosphere is cheesy and the license plates and other crap on the wall won't make you forget that you're paying far too much for pre-made, reheated crap. If you like chicken wings, do yourself a favor and avoid this pathetic excuse of a chain. I have been to multiple GTA locations and I've been disappointed every single time. Do your wallet, pallet and stomach a favor and try All Star Wings or St-Louis instead.

Their food is garbage , the service sucked. When a call was put in to speak to the manager the girl kept saying " what??" Apparently they cannot comprehend what " disatisfied means! I don't recommend it at all. Try the Wild Wings on Hwy 27 woodbridge. Now those were damn fine wings!

This wildwing is actually very clean due to the fact everything is made out of wood. Our food came at a resonable time had 1 beer before it arrived and 1 during our dinner which is acceptable and should be done. For those of you like me who read all restaurant reviews and fall on this one DONT believe these people this Restaurant is actually very good.

Unfortunately my review is not any different than that of almost everyone else. The food and service at Wild Wing Bolton needs a major overhall. This place is constantly understaffed and service suffers greatly because of this. To no fault of the waitresess as they seem to do the best they can with what they have. Clearly on some nights more then 1 waitress is needed to provide efficient service. But even if that is fixed the food itself is another issue all together.

We started coming here with our car club at the beginning of summer. Our group gets together here once a month, for the time we have been coming here the service has been hit and miss. More often then not the food and drinks take a very long time to make it out to our table, we are not a large group, we're anywhere from 5-10 people so by no means is our size an issue. Although we will keep coming once a month we do so out of convienience and not so much choice. Hopefully they'll get it right one of these days.

I went to this place for the first time tonight, and I have to admit my experience there was less than satisfactory. I wish I had read these reviews before adventuring to this place for wings. My friend and I were seated fairly quickly, and we were intrigued by the many different flavors of wings that were available. We decided on the Honey BBQ, Spicy Garpar. It was after we ordered that everything went downhill. The wings came fairly speedily...after they figured out that the order was ours (they went to three other tables first). The Honey BBQ wings weren't really all that well coated with sauce, and the Spicy Garpar wings were horrible in both taste and appearance, they were absolutely drenched in the Garpar sauce and was missing the spice all together! It took us a long time to get a refill on our drinks, and when our server did take our glasses, they took their time getting back. After our first round of wings, we decided we were good and asked for the bill. That came quickly, and after we decided how we would pay we waited, and waited. Our server was even prompted by another that we were ready, but still she ignored us. Instead of waiting longer to pay with debit, one of us just covered the small amount and left. My suggestion to you...head down to the other end of town to St. Louis Bar and Grill...better wings, better service, better time.

Not everyone has the same experience while working at the wild wing in Bolton. The staff here always try their best to fulfill all the needs of the customers. Sometimes not everything is perfect but this applies for all restaurants. There may be a few flaws, but the staff here are always working on making things better for the customers that come in to enjoy all our wings and specials ! Everyone needs to give this place a chance and come in to judge for themselves. We promise not to let u down. We have new employees and the service provided will be much better than before, because for wild wing... Customers always come first. As for our wings, we are known for all our flavors, and the wings have never been served cold and you will not need to send them back. For all the people who are hating on this restaurant... You all are invited back to wild wing bolton and are asked to enjoy the new atmosphere, new service, new food, and new waitresses. Also, come in to take a look at the new menu and our new prices ! As a past employee of this horrid establishment I can tell you not to waste your money by dining here. The Management is embarrassing and has no business trying to run a restaurant. This is a prime example of people who come to this country, who cant even speak English and try to run a business. I've been to other wild wings in the past and they have been way more enjoyable than the shithole that they've turned the Bolton restaurant into.

I rate this location 2 stars, but the food and service there can vary between 1 and 3 stars depending on the cooks and the waitresses. When ordering remember to ask for the wings to be really saucy, or you have about a 70% chance of not getting enough sauce on them. I've only been to this location around five times, but had to send the wings back three times because they were cold when the waitress got around to bringing them to our table. I haven't gone back in over a months because my chicken needs are satisfied at the other end of town at St. Louis Bar and Grill.

Not to be rude to the establishment but any fast food joint will probably be more enjoyable. atmosphere of the dining side reminded me of an 80's bar. Service was not very good. The food ruined the experience for me. We had a Caesar salad and boneless wings. When we received the wings, they came in a steel basket with parchment paper, the basket itself was disgusting and looked as if it had never been washed, the edges were crusted with what looked like old sauce from previous diners. That was immediately unappetizing . They were so over cooked I had to use a good deal of force to stab them with my fork. The BBQ sauce was ok, the "medium" sauce was not even a little bit tasty. On our way out (the washrooms are located by the side door) it was quite clear someone had just dropped something off, which was actually an accurate assessment of our night. also forgot to mention the place is way over priced.

I think the little kid running around was the owners daughter from the looks of it. I also had the same experience. I'm not a huge advocate of bringing your kids to work no less a bar, especially when the kid is running around yelling and staring at customers, owner/mother wasn't overly impressed as she yelled at the kid in some foreign language at which time the kid returned to the back. Creepy? Indeed! Keep your kids at home not at a bar! The food and service issues are addressed by the other reviewers. This place is a definite skip in my opinion and that of almost everyone else!

This place was awful. While the food that we actually received hot was okay the rest of the experience was absolute crap. The servers were extremely rude and seem uninterested in helping us. We had to wait forever for them to actually take our order and once they did the kitchen couldn't bother to get it right. All we wanted was some appetizers and drinks and the servers acted like this was an imposition. Many of the items we were received were cold. When we let the wait staff know they huffed and puffed, returned it to the kitchen, had the same bitten items re-fried and returned to us once again cold in the middle. When we alerted what seemed to be a higher up of this problem they were unconcerned. The food was not worth going back and the service was worth avoiding. I attempted to contact the restaurant about our poor dining experience and was ignored. Same goes for corporate. Wild Wing just doesn't care, and doesn't even have very good food. This place is a definite skip.

Big place for such a small crowd. Wasn’t sure what I was in for after reading various reviews on this forum. Seems like everyone deals with the owner directly. Based on the reviews I guess I’m glad I didn’t have too. My beer was cold, food came to me in a timely manner, unfortunately it wasn’t what I ordered, which I didn’t realize until I took a bite of these super hot wings!! They took my order back and corrected it, apparently they gave me someone else’s order. I guess mistakes happen, hopefully not too often as I was only 1 of 3 people in the place. I do have to admit though the tables are extremely sticky!!

Floors and tables are sticky, Fruit flies everywhere, waitresses don't really have any sense of customer care, and the owner barely speaks english, always talking to the cook or on the phone in some foreign language. Probubly Punjabi if i had to guess. It just makes for an awkward situation at lunch or dinner. The food is ok, but real attention needs to be made on customer service.

Must Read Review! I want to start off by saying I have never written a review before. I have been to many restaurants good and bad, but after visiting Wild Wing Bolton I felt like it was necessary for me to go home and write this right away. I can not even begin to describe this restaurant. For one the owners are nothing but rude. They seem to pace behind the bar and watch you eat your meal which makes the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. Not only does the owner not introduce himself to the customers, but after speaking to people who have been there more then once, he does not speak to them either. If you have the pleasure of going to Wild Wing Bolton around dinner time you will most likely hear the kitchen staff at the back yelling at the servers. Not only do they yell from the kitchen, but will make their way out to the front and yell there. The waitstaff is treated horrendously. I ordered a draft beer and the first one that was placed on the table was flat and not as cold as it should be. I watched as my waitress told the owner and he went back and changed the keg. After changing the keg he returned and poured half of my flat beer out and mixed it with the new beer. My friend ordered a shot of liquor which came to the table with a little something extra: 5 or 6 dead fruit flies in my glass. Disgusting. I have been to other Wild Wings and the portion sizes at the one in Bolton are a joke! Dipping sauces that cost over a dollar with tax are not even close to halfway filled. The nachos are sadly dressed and look pitiful on the plate not accompanied by salsa or sour cream. Along with the nachos that disappointed myself and my friend, came fries that tasted like the deep fryer oil had not been changed in months. While I was there I was seated next to a couple who returned their wings because they were cold and pink inside, and their onion rings had a long black hair in the basket. Not to mention that after passing the entrance to the kitchen I could visibly see the kitchen staff drop a wing onto the floor and put it back into a basket! The veggies that come on the side of the wing basket are plucked out of murky water by the serving staff who obviously are not constantly washing their hands between wiping tables, scraping dirty dishes and dealing with money. Coasters hold up the tables and chairs that wobble, mixed with the flies and hornets that can be found on the window sills, and the sticky tables give Wild Wing Bolton a "dirty hole in the wall" feel, instead of what you are suppose to feel in a chain restaurant. After doing my research when I returned home, I found that not only does this Wild Wing owner control this location but he has owned others in the past. After speaking to the table seated beside me who were locals, I was informed that he is to own another Wing Wing in Toronto and one further north toward Barrie way. If I were Wild Wing Head Office I would seriously intervene on this family run location and do something about it. I am sorry to say I will not stop at an internet review, I will tell my family and friends to NEVER eat there. Please to anyone who had the time to read this, do not waste your money and go here. Go to Crabby Joe's or Boston Pizza where you will have an overall better experience.
